Divided into 50x50 square-foot beds, COPIA's
organic Edible Gardens showcase a variety of horticultural types and styles, from horizontally trellised apples and artichokes to a production garden for cooking classes and presentations. Designed to provide hands-on learning about soils, farming and viticulture, they also enable staff, students and guests to explore and work with a myriad of fresh produce, herbs and botanicals.
Docent-led garden tours are offered daily, giving visitors a chance to spend a focused hour with a master gardener. Or simply stroll through at your leisure
